Dear Member of the Official Board: --

I am sending you a copy of an article which I had sent in to the Woman's Journal to be printed, either signed or unsigned, as the Woman's Journal preferred, in the last page column.

Miss Blackwell has written me that she does not think the article appropriate for the Journal and her opinion is against printing it.  She is, however, willing to leave the decision to the Board if I wish, and will abide by their judgment.

Will you, therefore, let me know your opinion as soon as possible?
