From letter of Mrs. Larsen, 8. 4. 1920.

When Dr. Arnesen comes to Geneva she hopes to have got so far in her education works that it will be possible to draw up plans for an education congress which we hope may be held in connection with our next congress. I do not know whether the time for our Congress can be settled already by the meeting, but Dr. Arnesen asked me to mention this now in case the time for the congress should come up for discussion. It seems to me that it may to some degree depend upon when and where the first general meeting of the League of Nations will take place.
