Don't you think that we should ask Dr. Jacobs to call off the meeting until further notice? As soon as you return to New York we can discuss what to propose to them. If you wire to Dr. Jacobs it could be made clear this postponement does not endanger our cause as it is in the best position for final solution. Just spoke to Mrs. Catt. She does not intend to come. Will you not repeat request to her?
