Miss Jane Addams; Pres.
Hull House Association
800 So. Halsted St.,
Chicago

My dear Miss Addams:

Your letter of the 30th ult. received together with the report of Arthur Young & Co., regarding Hull House Association for year ended December 31, 1914. We also received the public accountant's form filled out.

In looking over the records we find that last year our committee received from you a brief summary of the activities of Hull House, emphasizing especially the work of the trade school, summer outings for women and children, and also the work of the boys camp. If you do not have plans for publishing the year book during 1915 could you send us a similar summary of the work for last year.

We are enclosing herewith the usual form which is filled out by the president or superintendent of the organization. If you will kindly send us this form, together with the brief summary of the work done at Hull House for 1914, or a year book as the case may be, it will be greatly appreciated by the Subscriptions Investigating Committee.

Yours very truly,

THE CHICAGO ASSOCIATION OF COMMERCE
