March 10, 1915.

My dear Miss Kiechle:

Your letter to Miss Addams has been passed to me for a reply in Miss Addams' absence from the city.

In reply to your question in regard to the peace movement, we are happy to report that it receives daily more impetus. There are a large number of members of the Woman's Peace Party from all sections of the country, both individual and group members, and each day more are received, and the interest seems to increase.

I am sending you some statements that you may not have had.

There are requests coming into the office from lecturers and speakers, and I believe that these requests will be more frequent as clubs and other organizations are making up their programs for another year.

In regard to what you propose, the Executive Council has decided that where it is possible for them to do so, to publish names, subjects and prices of speakers who were approved by the Executive Council, and send these names in response to any inquiries.

A committee with Miss Florence Holbrook as Chairman recommends such speakers. At present we have no typewritten list, but I trust it will be printed before long.

I am sending your letter to Miss [Holbrook] for her study and recommendation. I am sorry that we cannot do anything more than this.

Thanking you for your interest, I am

Yours cordially,

Miss Grace E. [Kiechle],
1017 Riverside,
Evansville, Indiana.
