Dear Miss Addams:

Let me say in writing how much I enjoyed the address which you made yesterday. I wish you could be freed to go all over the country at just this time to meet the women in every city. If you felt that there was any such possibility, I believe that I could arrange for the financing of it.

I am sending the "Battle Cry of the Mothers" by Miss Morgan and also one of her circulars. The "Battle Cry" is very effective as a piece of propaganda. When Miss Morgan reads it, as I have heard her do once or twice, it makes a great impression. If you could use this to any effect in any of your meetings, we should be glad to furnish you with all you care for.

Yours truly,

Frederick Lynch,  [signed by secretary] H. A. N.
Secretary.
Miss Jane Addams,
Hotel Belmont,
N.Y. City.
