January 28, 1913.

My dear Miss Addams:

Thank you so much for your letter. It will give me pleasure to see you either on the 16th in the afternoon or at the dinner hour, or if you could come to me on Monday the 17th, I would be very happy to welcome you and Mrs. Bowen at luncheon, or as I say, at dinner the night before. I shall be so glad to have the opportunity of a talk with you about the American Vigilance Movement.

Yours has just been forwarded to me from the National Board. I shall be interested in talking over with you the plan outlined by Miss [Breckinridge]. I do not know whether Mr. Rockefeller in his new plans would consider this, but think it is an important question to bring to his attention. I hope that you will be able to either dine or lunch with me.

Faithfully yours,

Grace H. Dodge [signed]
