[page(s) missing] I am taking up the question of Dr. Helen Boyle. Securing speaking engagements for her will depend upon how well she is known among physicians in America. There has, of course, been much interest in her subject of recent years. Chicago established the first psychopathic clinic for the study of delinquent children, the headquarters being within a block of Hull-House. Unfortunately, of late some of the talk about the movement has not been very wise and it is suffering a slight eclipse in consequence.
