Circular Letter to National Sections.
Series of 1920, No. 7.

April 17th. 1920.

Dear Madam,

I enclose herewith a copy of a telegram received from Miss Bennett of our Irish Section and of a letter sent by me to the British Secretary for Ireland.

I should be glad if you could enquire among our members in your section and let us know here the names of those (if any) who are proposing to go to the Christiania meeting of the International Council of Women in Christiania.

I also enclose copies of an English leaflet on Industrial War which seems to me of exceptional interest. Extra copies can be had of our British section.

Yours faithfully,

(Signed) Emily Balch.
