March 22nd, 1919.

My dear Mr. Dodd: --

I am sending you the enclosed dodger to show how democratic not to say diversified "Auspices" for a League of Nations can be outside of Chicago.

I am not publishing the fact, but the passport question in regard to the International Congress of Women has been settled, and we hope to hold our Congress in Berne, Switzerland the 5th of May.

I should be very grateful if I could have an opportunity to talk with you on the League of Nations before I leave Chicago on April 6th. Possibly Mrs. Dodd and yourself would find time to come here some evening.

I am faithfully yours,

Jane Addams [signed]
