Here is the draft for the indebtedness on the trees. Please write me exactly how the-land-back-of-the-house question stands. How much will you have to pay down to have the title?

I am sending a little package for Jane, and two pictures one for Myra & one for Jane done by Miss Benedict & by Norah Hamilton. I thought [page 2] you might like the old fort at Mackinac. I didn't frame them because it made them heavier to send, please have them framed -- the colored etching with all of the margin showing -- and send the bill to me -- don't fail to do that because it is part of the Xmas present.
