My dear Sir,
Your favor of the 29th inst. received. Miss Addams has recently been appointed a member of the Board of Education and until she knows how much of her time her new duties will require and the days on which committees meet, is making no out of town lecture engagements.
She is out of the city at present, but I do not believe she could go away at the time you mention, as October is always an extremely busy month here.
