My dear Miss Nestor--

Miss Addams and I are preparing a paper on the effect of excessive fatigue in predisposing to tuberculosis. We are anxious to obtain some facts about piece work of various kinds and feel sure that you could help us. When could I have a talk with you and where? What I should like best would be to have you dine with us here some evening, but if that is not convenient, I will come wherever you appoint. [page 2]

We have dinner at a quarter past six and could sit out in our rather cool courtyard after it, if you would come.

Very sincerely yours

Alice Hamilton
