My dear Mr Ely

I will certainly get at the material this summer -- next month I hope -- I have been swamped with work for the past three months. We are developing some new [features?] with their own buildings this year that have been very absorbing.

I am ashamed of my delay but after Hull-House is of more importance than my feeble utterances.

Hoping that Mrs Ely is better and with cordial regards I am faithfully yours
