In re Estate of Martha S. Hill.

Referring to the telephone conversation of our Mr. Cook with Miss Hall, we desire to say that there must be filed in the office of the Inheritance Tax Attorney of Cook County, Ill., an affidavit setting forth that the association is a charitable institution, in order to obtain exemption from the Inheritance tax under the Five Thousand (5000) Dollars bequest of Martha S. Hill.

This affidavit must be filed not later than Tuesday (January 13th, 1914).

We enclose herewith the form of an affidavit to be filed and request that you fill in the necessary blanks, and return same to us immediately.
