My dear Miss Addams:
On August 29 we sent you [a] reminder that the payment for your pledge of $25 made on May 14, 1924 for the year which ended September 30, was due. As we have had no answer, we assume that it escaped your attention.
It is necessary that we close our books for the fiscal year by the 15th of October and I hope it is quite convenient for you to let us have your check for $25 before that date.
