Budapest, 19th March 1922.
Dear Miss Balch, I am quite embarrassed by your great kindness and by the interest our friends show for my health. Some days ago I had to thank Yella and now I have to do so towards [yourself]. I hope still that my health will not be so very bad as to make it necessary to trouble anybody; perhaps I shall succeed to see you in August and then we shall have an earnest consultation about the care I need. Yours hastily
Vilma
