Dear Miss Addams:
When I was in Chicago at the time of the National Republican Convention, you gave me a message for Mrs. Breshkovsky. I have forgotten what it was, but I duly conveyed it to her in my next letter. Here is her response, which has just lately arrived, after a very long delay, due either to the censor or the mails.
I hope you will give out to the Associated Press so much of it as is of public interest.
