My dear Miss Addams:

Perhaps you have seen from the papers that the New York Branch of the Woman's Peace Party, at its Annual Meeting on March the 6th, dropped Mrs. Catt's name as Honorary Vice-Chairman. The matter was so reported as to give the impression that it was the National which had taken this action. Mrs. Post is dealing with the matter and has asked me to forward you this copy of her letter to Miss Eastman. It is rather amusing to see that Mrs. Post insists that Crystal shall now become "Mrs." somebody.

Always affectionately

Miss Jane Addams,
Oakland, Sarasota County,
Florida.
