My dear Miss Webb:

I take great pleasure in sending you under separate cover some material in reference to military training for boys in the high schools. I regret to say that we have not so very much along this line, but what I am sending you covers, I believe, the main points.

We have also in the office an Abridged Debater's Handbook on Military Training, edited by the H.W. Wilson Company, which contains briefs, bibliographies and arguments pro and con, and is designed especially for the use of high school debates. Unfortunately we are obliged to make a charge of twenty-five cents for this and should you care to have us do so, we should be very glad to send you a copy.
