My dear Mr Marvin

I am sorry for all the trouble you are having in regard to the farm.

I should be quite willing to make the arrangement you suggested, of keeping back several hundred dollars to use in clearing up the title if it should be necessary.

I am coming out to Cedarville next Thursday, & could perhaps see you at the train on [page 2] Monday morning -- if there are any new developments by that time.
