The Woman's Peace Party has just received and [reprinted] the official Call to an International Congress of Women to be held at The Hague, April 28th, 29th and 30th.

This Call asks for delegates to the Conference from "women's societies or mixed societies in general sympathy with its resolutions".

The Woman's Peace Party has appointed official delegates and is inviting representative men and women to accompany the delegation.

Arrangements are being made to sail from New York on April 13th on the Noordam of the Holland-America line. The minimum expense of the trip is estimated at $300.00.

Can not you send a representative? It seems especially desirable that men and women, instructed in the cause of peace, such as your society might offer should share in this conference. The Woman's Peace Party unites with the Executive Committee of the Congress in urging that you take measures to send delegates and to invite attendance.

Yours faithfully,

Jane Addams [signed]
