My dear Mr. Lighty,

I have an engagement at our Country place in Waukegan on Tuesday afternoon. I think that I will spend the night there and take a train to Madison from Milwaukee at nine fifty, arriving in Madison at twelve fifty. I assume that this will not be too late for Mrs. Reber's luncheon. You have not anywhere, I believe, given me Mrs. Reber's address, but I suppose I will have no difficulty in finding her house.
