March 20th, 1918.

Miss Sarah S. Farley,
224 Park Avenue,
Swarthmore, Pa.

My dear Miss Farley:

Your letter to Miss Addams has been referred to the office of the Woman's Peace Party, and in Miss Addams absence from the city, I am writing to suggest that you talk your plan over with Mrs. William I. Hull of Swarthmore, who is the State Chairman for Pennsylvania of the Woman's Peace Party.

Mrs. Hull will be very glad I am sure to tell you what action the Woman's Peace Party has taken, and to talk over with you the possibilities of your plan.

Very sincerely,

Executive Secretary.
