This will introduce Dr. James Y. Tuthill of Brooklyn, N.Y. Dr. Tuthill's daughter is a warm personal friend of mine and also the wife of one of our most prominent young men—Mr. James H. Causey—who is doing good work in behalf of all things righteous and helpful in city government.
Dr. Tuthill is accompanied by one of the daughters, who is very much interested in settlement work. They were naturally anxious to visit Hull House and to meet you. Any courtesies shown them will be appreciated by me.
