My dear Miss Colvin: --

I am sorry that I was not in the office when you came on Friday.

I spoke to Miss Addams this morning about your suggestion that Mrs. Norton give her talks, which she expects to give at Hull-House, in Lake Forest also, and she said she would take it up with Mrs. Norton and thought perhaps it might be arranged. I shall try to let you know more definitely soon.

The "Suggestions for Work" by the Chicago Branch have met with a very warm reception. I hope you will be at our annual meeting on Wednesday when we expect to talk over this program.

Very sincerely yours,

Office Secretary.

Miss Catharine Colvin,
Lake Forest,
Illinois.
