My dear Mrs. [Selenka]:

Miss Addams has asked me to acknowledge for her your letter of November 28th and to tell you that she will be happy to see you in Washington. The meetings of the Woman's Peace Party will be open to the public, but only members of the Woman's Peace Party who wear voting badges will be permitted to vote. These badges will be given out at the meetings in accordance with the regulations contained in our Constitution in reference to voting members.

Sincerely yours,
