Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago, Ill.

Dear Miss Addams: --

At the fourth annual meeting of the members of Survey Associates, Inc., October 30, in the offices of The Survey, the four directors whose terms of office expired that day were re-elected -- John M. Glenn, Charles D. Norton, Lillian D. Wald, and Alfred T. White -- for the term ending 1919.

A summary of the treasurer's statement for the fiscal year 1915-16 was presented, accepted and ordered filed. This is the same report that was rendered at the meeting of the Board of Directors and of the National Council on October 20 in the form that it will be printed in the forthcoming annual report.

A report on the year's work accomplished and on plans for the year ahead was made by the editor.

Sincerely yours,

P.S. Subscription receipts for October, the first month of our new fiscal year, were $204.66 larger than for last October.
