Biographical Text

Otto C. Schneider was born in Kusel, Germany in 1856 and arrived in America in 1869. In 1883 he married Emily Beck in Chicago, IL, where the two would continue to live. In 1908, he was President of the Chicago School Board. Schneider died in 1924.
