I hope you may yet remember me. We met at the Vienna Congress. I was your [neighbor] at a tea given by Dr Dumba and lately at Mrs Hainisch. [page 2]

I took the liberty to send you an article of mine on the congress which had appeared some time ago in the great Spanish paper "la Natión" of Buenos Aires. You will see that I spoke on you in the highest terms of admiration. I send you my best wishes for the new year and am with kind regards yours truly
