My dear Miss Shelly:

Mrs. Lloyd has spoken with Miss Addams in reference to the presentation of the plan of the American Neutral Conference Committee at our Annual Meeting, and Miss Addams has asked me to write to you in reference to this matter.

The question has been brought up at a committee meeting and it seemed to all members of the committee that the activities of the American Neutral Conference Committee would be covered by Miss Balch in her talk on Sunday. Miss Addams will call Miss Balch's attention to this point and ask her to emphasize the work of your Committee.
