Biographical Text

Elizabeth Hill was a teacher who graduated from Bryn Mawr College. She taught at variety of schools such as Allentown College for Women, Misses Sergeant and Miss Bent's School, Lancaster College, Girl's Latin School, and at Rogers Hall in Lowell, Massachusetts. Hill was well versed in German and French, as well as being able to teach science and mathematics. She later studied at Johns Hopkins University for graduate school. Hill died in 1965.
