April 2, 1915.

My dear Miss Addams:

Your valued favor of March 31st is just received. I regret that we did not have your communication earlier. The program is completed and printed. Furthermore, it is overcrowded. However, we should like exceedingly to find a place for Mrs. Thomas and shall do our utmost to do so. I can see some prospect of an opening at the first general session of the Conference.

Will you kindly ask Mrs. Thomas to let us know the amount of time she needs. Ask her also if twenty minutes will be sufficient.

Thanking you for calling our attention to her and to the topic,

Sincerely yours,

A. P. Bourland [signed]

Miss Jane Addams,
Room 500,
