My dear Mr. Marsh:
Miss Addams has asked me to reply to your letter of February 17th and to thank you for your suggestions contained in it. Your letter will be turned over to the Committee on art and if it is possible use will be made of your suggestion.
May I say that I read the article by Mr. Baker in the American Magazine and it seems to me you are quite right in your idea that a moving picture film might be made from it.
I am enclosing a statement in regard to the Woman's Peace Party that may interest you.
