In the absence of Miss Addams, I should suggest in reply to your letter in regard to a speaker on the housing problem that you write to Mr. John C. Kennedy, City Club, 315 Plymouth Court, Chicago. Mr. Kennedy is the Secretary of the Housing Committee of the Chicago Association of Commerce.
