My dear Miss Arthur:
In reply to your letter of September 9th to Miss Addams, which I have been asked to answer for her, it is my understanding that she will speak before the Michigan State Federation of Women's Clubs on the 16th of October.
Is my understanding correct the this is to be an evening meeting?
