My dear Sir, --

Miss Addams asks me in replying to your note of March the tenth, with reference to a national representative at the Congress on Public Assistance in Antwerp, to call your attention to the fact that Mr. Graham Taylor, head resident of the Commons and joint editor of the Survey, and President of the Chicago School of Civics and Philanthropy, in going abroad in May for the summer. We could have no more honorable representative than Mr. Taylor, and Miss Addams is glad to ask you to take up, the matter with him.
