Bill two thirty three still in Committee probably dead. Was substitute for Davis' bill similar to New York regulations for theater children. Manufacturers' Association suspiciously eager for exemption of stage children. Please give Davis no encouragement. I think we do not need Chute this week. Action on street vending bill postponed.
