Dear Miss Addams
This came in today and I got my son’s secretary to make me a few copies to send out promptly. Will you please send to Miss Boynton when you have read, with letter I am sending to various members localities. I do not see how we can change plans for our Board meeting on Oct. 26th & 27th but I will get Miss Woods to come see me, then if she wants, to go to Washington & get things started & perhaps will be better able after that to advise with me on dates above. This comes with ambitious program, & we will have some contract for work in next months. Who can attend this conference from U.S.A. Some one should be there I should think. Hastily yours
