It was awfully nice to see you and to have your good letter. I am reading your book with the [kindest] interest. What wonderful experiences you did have! I am quite sure that The Hague is the best place for our Congress but we have just submitted the matter to the vote of the International Committee of [five?]. We would [illegible] [page 2] according to our original plan until Feby 1st. I am having some letters mimeographed and will send you a copy of the one I am sending Dr Jacobs.
I am getting the note off now, not to wait too long in reply to your illuminating letter.
