I thank you very much for your willingness, as expressed by your Secretary, to consider possible open dates in October.
Avoiding the Monday and Wednesday dates required for the Board of Education meetings, I will be glad to arrange here for any other dates that may best meet your convenience. The preferable date from our point of view is Thursday, October 13, but I should be glad to arrange for Tuesday, the tenth, or Friday the thirteenth, or any other Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday of October. I am glad that it seems at all possible for you to come.
