Dear Sir:-

We beg to send you enclosed herewith a statement of account of the book which we have the pleasure of publishing for you, in accordance with our agreement.

The sum shown by the statement to your credit is by the terms of the contract due in November next.

We take pleasure in this case however, of enclosing a [check] in payment. We will ask you to be good enough to fill out the enclosed form of receipt and return it to us at once.

Kindly examine the account with the view of ascertaining its correctness and should there be any error please return [check] and statement to us without delay so that we may make correction.
