Dear Miss Addams:

While I know you have not taken very strongly to the World Peace Postage Plan, you will note that I now have five Vice Presidents and I should like the support of the International Committee of Women for Permanent Peace, of which you are Chairman. If this is a suitable subject for you to bring up in Washington, won't you do so. No one can tell what the outcome will be.

I believe Peace Societies in South America will start these plans.

Very sincerely yours,

J. W. Hamilton [signed]
