My dear Mr. Kellogg:

I found this clipping among my papers. I think it was sent by Mrs. Hamlin. She has had, as you know, a great deal of experience in social work and I suppose her findings can be trusted.

I am sorry to have missed all The Survey meetings and I do hope the Peace meetings on the 26th and 27th will be satisfactory.
