My dear Miss Reynolds

I shall be very glad to give the lectures between the first of the year and the twelfth of March.

Suppose we try a course of three one weekly in Jan'y or Feb'y and if they go very well have another set in the Spring?

I am rather "full up" as the English say with engagements for the rest of the winter.  I am sending a syllabus with three [page 2] lectures marked which might perhaps [illegible] fairly well.

I am of course quite unable to advise in regard to the Talcott Memorial Fund because I know so little of what has happened since June.  I fancied that Mrs Talcott was not very enthusiastic in regard to the library plan, but you would know much better than I, what it was wise to propose.  Hoping that you are growing speedily better and with all good wishes.  I am faithfully yours Jane Addams
