My dear Mrs. French:

I am in receipt of your letter to Miss Addams and want to thank you for your prompt cooperation in wiring the President. I note that your greetings were extended through the Maine Federation of Women's Clubs.

Will you not write me as to whether the Federation has ever endorsed the Woman's Peace Party. Somewhere in the back of my head the impression sticks that it did, but we have no correspondence to back up that impression.
