My dear Mrs. Evans:
Miss Addams hopes to be in Chicago within a week and desires that an executive board meeting be held here at as early a date as possible, as many important things are pressing. She suggests as a tentative date, October the 29th, and we would be glad to know if this is a possible time for you to be in the city.
May I ask the favor of an early reply in order that we may make definite arrangements as soon as possible.
