We do not know how it is to be possible to carry on the work of the Committee unless you can come to meet us all in Chicago.

Jacobs has taken berth or sailing on September [illegible] October 5th and cannot wait longer in this country Do come to Chicago to see us all [illegible] (We cannot over <too much> emphasize the urgency of you coming to Chicago.)
