Anne Henrietta Martin to Jane Addams, September 19, 1914

September 19, 1914.

Miss Jane Addams,
Hull House,
Chicago, Ill.

My dear Miss Addams:

This is to acknowledge your kind letter of September 9. We are indeed sorry that you have had such an anxious summer and are delighted that we are to have two days of your time in Nevada, the seventeenth of October in Winnemucca, on the Union Pacific, and the eighteenth of October in Reno. You will do us an inconceivable amount of good. We are already beginning to advertise your meetings.

With most earnest wishes for your health, I am,

Sincerely yours,

State President.
