My dear Mr. Andrews,

I am enclosing a letter just received from Mr. Barr. I have assured him that I think a conference on the subject of the Unemployed would be most valuable, although it would not add to the gaiety of the Exposition. Do you not think the Association could do something about it?

Very sincerely yours,
Jane Addams. [signed]

Mr. John B. Andrews,
New York.
